Psychology in Russia: State of the Art, the official journal of the Russian Psychological Society, forms an essential part of the Society’s mission to advance and disseminate psychological knowledge. With a national history of psychological research spanning over 100 years, the journal publishes empirical basic and applied studies that influence psychological research both nationally and worldwide and integrates the international literature on psychological research conducted in the paradigm of the Russian psychological tradition. With the aim of overcoming local limitations in psychology, the journal is also devoted to international discussions of theories and methods, providing a forum for the dialog within psychology around the world to facilitate national and international communication between different areas of psychology and among psychologists from different cultural backgrounds.
